MODELING OF GAS-DYNAMIC PROCESSES IN THE ELEMENTS OF IMPULSE EJECTOR

The paper presents the numerical results on gas-dynamic processes in various elements of impulse ejector, including pre-chamber, supersonic nozzle and mixing chamber, to determine optimal geometric parameters providing given flow rate characteristics. At an extra-high pressure ejecting gas (>100 bar) it is impossible create a design with continuously changing cross-sectional area limited length. So, necessary place pre-chamber between generator ejector for throttling full pressure. In order optimize discrete holes operating range 400÷1000 bar, series calculations were performed parameters, ensuring stable operation annular at high 35÷45 bar 0.5÷0.6 kg/s. 3D simulation into through shows degree pattern non-uniformity inlet quite low. This justifies axisymmetric formulation allows restricting number without inducing significant azimuthal direction.
